Service required (e.g. roof inspection, thermal survey, aerial video). Exact address or coordinates of the site. Date or date window. Country and city if the address isn't fixed yet.
Site context
Site size in m² or hectares, building heights, access notes, any safety constraints, and whether you need the operator to handle permissions.
Deliverables
Be specific: 30 edited stills + report? Radiometric thermal data + anomaly report? Orthomosaic at 2 cm/px? Survey-grade topographic file in DWG?
